Size exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn. Send back the piece only - the Premium Box stays with you. Monarche covers return shipping one time per order. Exchanged pieces are sent without a new box. No restocks, so a size cannot be guaranteed.
The Premium Box is how a Monarche piece is presented: wrapped in butter paper, set in a box made for it. It is an optional addition of PKR 500, chosen at checkout, and is non-refundable. Please check it on arrival. If it arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will replace it. Reporting it also puts it on record should you later request an exchange. The box can be added or removed before dispatch, except for orders delivered by hand in Karachi and Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Orders dispatch within 1-2 working days.
Orders dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery takes 5-7 working days across Pakistan. Orders of PKR 5,000 or more are delivered complimentary. Orders below PKR 5,000 carry a delivery charge of PKR 250. Orders in Karachi and Islamabad/Rawalpindi are delivered by hand.
Payment is collected at delivery or via bank transfer. Cash on delivery carries a 4% Ecom Tax, shown at checkout. Full price only. Always.
